Everything is packed and posted by me personally. Here is exactly what to expect.

Where I deliver

United Kingdom only, for now. This keeps postage honest and everything trackable. If you are outside the UK and really want a piece, email sales@secondlifevault.co.uk and I will see what is possible.

How much it costs

Postage is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, so you only ever pay what it actually costs to send. Buy more than one piece and postage combines automatically rather than charging you per item.

How quickly it goes out

I post within 48 hours of your order, two working days at the outside, and usually the next day. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as it is on its way.

Who carries it

Tracked delivery with Evri or InPost, depending on the size of the parcel. Both usually take 2 to 4 working days once collected, though that is their estimate rather than a guarantee.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel is late, missing or arrives damaged, email help@secondlifevault.co.uk and I will chase the courier and sort it out. Under UK consumer law, delivery is my responsibility until the parcel reaches you, so it is my problem to fix, not yours.

How it is packed

Every piece is checked, washed where needed, steamed and measured flat before it is wrapped. My home is completely smoke-free, though I do have three cats, worth knowing if you have allergies.
